It doesn’t take much to transform a relaxing break into an exceptional one, and we will do our very best to accommodate any and everything you could need.
From arranging flowers and champagne or chocolates in your room, to organising in-house massages, reflexology or essential oil treatment, why not treat yourself this holiday?
On a practical level, if you’d like a picnic arranged, taxi’s, or help planning an event, just drop us a line and we’ll be able to help.

Private hire
We can also offer The Old Vicarage for private hire, whether it be a family gathering, team building weekend or just a special gathering of friends. We can accommodate up to 14 adults including the main house & the Birch Huts. We also have one extra bed, a sofa bed and two travel cots so more than enough room to bring the little ones with you too.
With exclusive use of the property, you will be able to dine in the evening in total comfort with a bespoke menu designed just for you.
We can organise almost anything, so give us a call and we can ensure your time with us is just right.
Our dog friendly rooms
We know how important it is for guests to be able to bring their pets on holiday, so that’s why we have created two dog friendly rooms. Just let us know in advance that you’re planning to bring them with you.
We have special blankets available for your dog. Water and food bowls and other helpful bits too, just incase you forget anything.
Pembrokeshire is a gorgeous area to walk and explore. There are pet friendly beaches, the world renowned Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and and plenty of woodland walks. Added to this there are lots of dog friendly pubs that also serve fantastic food which is perfect after a long day exploring!
Poppit Sands and Newport Beach are both dog friendly year round and within a 10 minute car journey and after a long walk on Newport Beach, The Golden Lion Hotel is really dog friendly and also does fantastic food and beer. Alternatively Ceibwr Bay is just a short 20 minute walk through beautiful woodland and is perfect for dogs to explore.
We also have a large garden which you are more than welcome to use for your dogs to have a good run about in.

Please note there is a £15 surcharge per stay to cover any additional cleaning.
T&Cs Please take a moment to read the following before booking your stay with us.
- Dogs must be well behaved and able to be left in the rooms comfortably whilst you are dining, if this isn’t possible they need to be left in your car for the duration of your breakfast so as not to disturb other guests who have travelled without dogs.
- We have our own dogs, cats, chickens and children – if your dog is reactive to any of these animals we ask that you inform us beforehand and ensure that they are kept on a lead at all times.
- There is a waste bin which we will show you and we kindly ask that you clean up after your dog as we have young children that play in the garden too.
- Please also be aware that we are surrounded by agricultural land and therefore please respect the livestock.
